Buying GARI coin directly for fiat will need you to get KYC verified. There’s not a lot of exchanges that let you buy MER, but the low-fee FTX platform does list GARI.
FTX.com has only one GARI market and that is GARI/USD.
Binance and Bitfinex don’t list GARI coin.
